This is like dark-colored talcum powder, maybe a little heavier and finer. It works well and l like it, will re-order. It comes in sort of a saltshaker with tiny holes, so you can't apply it quickly, and l always seem to be in a hurry. I transferred it to a really small tupperware kind of container, and l use a small brush to put it on the faded roots around my face. You have to sort of pry the saltshaker thingy off---not difficult, but be careful you don't spill the whole container. Much better with a brush, than trying to "salt" the powder onto your scalp/skin. I recommend the product.

I really like this product. I have very dark brown hair and with it thinning, you can see my pale colored skin easily. A couple of shakes of these hair fibres and it all fills in. Does not come of until you shower, even when you sweat. You can try to rub it off but for the most part, it is staying on until you shower.
